➀ Accolades
Double gold medallist Tokyo 2020 (para-athletics and para-cycling)
➁ Favourite Sports
Outside of athletics and cycling, there isn't much room for anything else but I do love watching my fellow Team GB and Paralympic athletes compete. One of my favourite memories from this summer was Emily Campbell's silver in the weight lighting. We are great friends and studied together so I know how hard she worked for that gold medal.
➂ Greatest Piece of Advice
A motto I've adopted since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) is "Live life to the max – I rule MS, MS doesn't rule me." I think it's something that everyone can take into their own life, don't be defined by the barriers that you face, be defined by how you overcome them.
